it's pretty crazy that i'm up right now... because i have to be up in three and a half hours. honestly though, i can't sleep. i wonder why... so i'll just write a little about why i am going to mexico for half my summer!
as most of you know, i will be in guadalajara until june 20th. i am going to be studying spanish everyday! every morning i have spanish 205 and a conversation class at the university of guadalajara. in the afternoon, i am going to villa hogar (a retirement home) to do a few hours of service. i am really excited about my service because it will give me a chance to speak spanish for hours! the rest of the day is mine to explore! no doubt i'll have a million adventures... and probably some really cool bus ones. (i'll take pictures, bebs). i'm also really excited about church! i'm going to be in a singles ward down there, and our chapel is in the guadalajara temple parking lot! i hear the people in the ward LOVE having us come down there to speak spanish with them... so hopefully i'll make lots of cool friends!!! it's going to be so much fun! i'll keep everyone posted!
